The location was perfect and decent - adjacent to all the good restaurants. There was a lounge restaurant nearby. Brand-new executive room was air conditioned. The breakfast was fresh with muesli, we were pleasantly surprised.

Main rooms have just been renovated. Main sports bar and night club are large area's with friendly staff. Monday nights are busy due to Thai night in club.
Renovation work is still required in large sections which are not in use at this time. Sports Bar and nightclub could do with more ventilation as the smoke levels get very intrusive.

The venue has a great location in the midst of the desert. This property offers a delightful breakfast with sausages, the best cappuccino, and cheese.

Nothing good, very poor services, staffs doing their best but the style looks like the years sixties, very poor breakfast, a lot of thing to be relooked and not classified 4 stars hotels, maximum 2 stars hotels but to do better.
Breakfast, room, and difficulties from the taxi to know the location of the hotel.

I was received warmly. the room was so clean and well-designed. the hotel location is not well-known even to some of the local taxi drivers ! Arshed Ahmed is the only person who really acted as if he owns the hotel . he really cares about quests . Any how , thanks to all the staff there. I have already recommend the Palace to my friends.
